2020 ORCHWA Conference
Due to COVID-19 safety needs, our 8th annual conference was virtual.
The Conference was from 11am-1pm on August 19-21st, 2020--and featured keynote speaker Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty!Event Description The Annual Conference is ORCHWA’s signature event bringing together and educating Community Health Workers (CHWs), Peer Support Specialists (PSS), Personal Health Navigators (PHN), Peer Wellness Specialists (PWS), doulas, Supervisory staff, and other Traditional Health Workers.

Support and Supervision for Community Health Workers (Supervisor Training)

Oral Health TrainingEffective May 13, 2019: Community Health Worker (CHW), Personal Health Navigator (PHN) and Birth Doula are also required to complete THW Oral Health for CHW, PHN and Doula, provided online by Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
