Justice: Uplifting, valuing, and ensuring resources are available to all communities

are at the core of our daily practice. 

Self Determination: We believe fostering a culture of abundance over scarcity

supports the sovereignty of people to define their identities and to decide what

health and well-being means for them. 

Solidarity: We know that integrity requires recognizing the full contributions of

CHWs and always advocating for thriveable conditions for CHWs and the

communities they serve. 

Joy: We celebrate and welcome each other as a foundation for self-preservation
